The Sintecovelar Union, with the aim of guaranteeing the correct application of employees' rights, as established in the conventions, makes relevant information available to employees, employers and, above all, to the accounting departments that manage the standards of each company.

It is important to highlight that the correct application of these standards guarantees the rights of workers without losses and without additional burden for the employer who complies with Collective Labor Conventions (CCTs) and Collective Labor Agreements (ACTs).

Therefore, the responsibility for clearly explaining to employers the rights declared in the convention falls entirely on accounting. It is essential that accounts remain up to date and inform employers about all obligations and rights established in conventions, thus ensuring the correct application of standards and the protection of workers' rights.
